There's a valve somewhere, but I don't know exactly where. I would think you could still blow through it from the gas tank side.

i got the truck running, i still have 2 have a ground wire run to the relay for the fuel pump to run. the reason it was flooding was the vacuum line that runs to the fuel pressure regulator had a crack in it. it still has hesitation from a take off, the codes im getting now says that the oxygen sensor reads rich and maf reads rich, i switch both those out with extra maf and o2 sensors i had and still got the same codes. im thinkin sumone has removed the thermostat because theres sum rtv around it that looks fresh and it never runs over a 1/4 of the way on the temp gauge even in traffic and i was thinkin with it running too cool could cause it to run rich?

Yes, if it's running too cool it will run rich.
