Removing injector
Ok I am removing my fuel injectors on my 1992 300 and I can't figure out how to de pressurize the fuel system? How do I go about doing this? And will injectors out of a 4.6 v8 work? They came out of a 1996 mustang gt.
Why are you replacing them?
To depressurize the system, you need to find the schroder valve on the fuel rail (looks like a tire valve) and press the button in the middle like letting the air out of a tire

first off how do you know it is the
#3 and#5 injectors?
the 300 is a batch fire system. fires all 6 at the same time everytime.
second. you have to use injectors for the 300. they run a low pound injector. something like 12 or 14 pound injectors. grey tops.

They have spark so I started it and put a flammable vapor sensor thing I stole out of my work truck and stuck it by the hole and no reading put it by a firing one and a reading. They look kinda a vanilla color not grey.
yeah they will fade out and look like that. but trust me at one time they were grey lol
