Default Removing bumpers

Anyone know how to remove the front and rear bumpers? My front bumper is dented anyways, I was thinking about making a prerunner style bumper if i can budget out the tubing.

Couple of bolts on both sides, behind the bumper, on the frame. Front and back.

might help if you heat em a little with a torch snd then try to take em off.

That was my plan. Spray with Penetrating oil and heat.

WD40 is what I use on rusted or siezed up bolts.

Yep 4 in front 4 in back the 2 rear most ones r splined loosen nut and hit with hammer to break loose.
