Default Removing ac pump

My power steering pump is out and since my ac pump is junk i been wanting to take it out and this is the perfect opportunity. If i take this line off to remove the pump does that have to be capped off on the black bottle looking thing. The whole ac line is coming off

you need to have all the freon evacuated before you start disconnecting lines.

I just let it spray. Thats what i did the last time i just need to know if that needs to be capped off or anything or if i can leave it. Actually i doubt theres any freon in it anyway. When i tried using the ac before it came out warm.

Well... Letting it spray is illegal, so have fun breaking that law. The only reason it would need to be capped is if you wanted to make it functional again. If you don't care then f it. I advocate having the system drained tho!

I always have fun breaking the law.

Capping it is pointless, that part is ruined as soon as you open the system.

Someone call the poa poa! Gotta be from far east or far west. Good on ya! I'd bet there isn't anything to drain.

What happens when you release that stuff into the air? It destroys the ozone layer? Because I haven't heard people talk about the ozone in many years. I think that was just the current liberal agenda at the time. Now, it's climate change, same-sex marriage, and "guns kill people".I don't think the libs are currently focused on freon and the ozone, so I'd let her rip. Just don't mention Jesus near a school and you should be ok.
