I know I'm not the only one on here that drools everytime they see a Raptor. Has anyone ever thought of fabricating a raptor style grille for an older truck?? I've been thinking on what kind of grille I'd like on my truck. Now I have an idea lol has anyone else tried this before if so pictures?? Thoughts?? Criticism??

Yes exactly lol only I like the rest of my front end. I plan in switching the chrome out with gunmetal bezels for the grille and headlights and swapping the stock 3pc headlights for smoked euro 1pc. I think a mesh grille with the ford across it would look BA. However I cannot weld lol and I don't know where to get letters like that without custom making them too lol

Guy in my welding class used our laser cutting table to cut out a custom grill for his 88 chevy, Billet grill with a Chevy emblem across and fog light underneath and behind it so in the dark it looked like it lit up. Be really cool so have the same setup with a ford emblem like that with blue LED's

Closest thing i can find, just the emblem was a bit bigger and billet was thicker with footlights behind it.

It can be done.. doesn't look that hard to make or make work i would need to see one in person and take some better pics and some measurements. Then I'm sure i could do it.
