Default Random bucking, stalling, backfiring through intake

Well I got a new problem guys. I have a 93 F-150 302 with AOD. When you first start it up in the morning it runs like a champ, but after you drive about 30-45 minutes in town then rpms with start surging up and down, then when you try to give it gas sometimes it will backfire through the intake. This will happen until the truck eventually dies.

After you wait about 15-30 minutes the truck will fire up again and drive down the road for as if nothing was wrong, until you drive it for 30 minutes then it starts doing it again. Its so random when it does it its got me confused. This is what I've checked so far: Fuel pressure is at 30 psi, only code the truck is throwing is the 11, plugs and wires, dist cap and rotor, and coil is new. I've been searching the forums and google for possible solutions but I haven't come across any yet so if you guys know where i should start looking next please tell me, this is driving me crazy. Thanks guys.

Sounds like you're losing fuel pressure.

I thought the same thing, so I switched out the fuel pump with a new one and the same thing happened. I just put in a new fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator tonight, I'll drive it tomorrow and see what happens.
