That's what I said until the wander in my steering put me in a ditch.

I'm 16.

I managed to back out of it though

Apparently you didnt read my stupid teenager statement. I just turned 18. I got sideways on a curve in busy traffic because,"i wanted to slide a little."
I too have put in the ditch, and in the trees. If your going that fast, it better be on the track. And just because youre young doesnt mean you can control it. Cars hurt people when people stop respecting the car and its capabilities.

I'm lucky to be alive, honestly. I'll post a picture of it in the ditch if I still have it. I did smash a couple small trees, but I gone 4 foot farther, the front of my truck and I would've met a giant pile of concrete, on a bank that was higher than the truck.

Don't think you can control it. That's when you get hurt. As corny as the movies in drivers ed were, it CAN happen to you.

Not only lucky to be alive, I'm lucky to have a non-totalled truck.

Approximately 5'8" above the road, give or take, depending on how close to level with my shoulders I held the phone. I was legitimately standing above the truck.

Holy crap man. Mybuddy got sideways on a dirt road, lost it, and lost it in the bushes. Im serious. I couldnt see a full size 88 bronco from the road. He backed out and all is well.

The pic needs to be 1/4 turned. Notice the tree's growing sideways. Still not pretty!
