Yeah 5% on the back. On a good sunny day you can see a silhouette sitting in the cab, but you can't see much of anything.

In regards to tinting your windshield. That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard. A 6" strip across the top, Okay, but the whole thing? Asking for trouble.

I have 2 layers of 5% all around. The whole reason I did tint was to keep out heat and intruders from looking in. If you are **** about backing up at night and you arent comfortable with simply sticking your head out the window to back up then I suggest to not tint them. If you are serious about it, go dark like 13% and get a ceramic film. Ultimate in heat and is pretty dark. If you are going to take on the task dont get cheap film.

This is what mine looked like before I did the wing windows. I have been parked in wal-mart parking lot and had idiots come up and look in while I was in it and still not see me until I opened the door on their face.

I also have my front tinted 28% and dont get hasled here in Colorado.

I took pictures before I tinted them so if (when) I go to court I can provide a pic with the window tint being gone.

I also have no trouble backing up with all my windows up just takes getting used to.

I don't even look out the back window when backing up.

I don't know how you do it!

I've got 5% on the back window, and it's like a black curtain at night. You'll see lights and that's it. But I have a slider window so I don't care how dark the back is for backing up. Side windows are 20% and I like them. I can still see my mirrors well enough.

Even in daylight it's pretty dark in the cab, but when you get up on it you can see through it

Quick tip from the criminal element, if you have power windows, and don t tint the vent wing, you can rig a switch to kill the window power, just as the cop is walking up. Windows down power off, sorry officer, I must have blown a fuse, I don t know if they could actually compel you to roll up the windows to see the tint anyway. Self incrimination? I know at least two people with the kill switch trick, and its worked for them, side glass tint is a no no here, unless you have a medical reason, I had a letter from my dads doctor explaining he couldn't be in direct sunlight, but I didn't take it out when I sold the last truck, I had the 20% vlt all the way around. The main reason I tinted them at the time was privacy, and if someone walks up to the truck and smashes a window, they have to get the sheet of tint and busted glass out of the hole to get to you, giving you time to reverse 180, all over their crackhead ***.

I can legally limo tint all the glass on my car, even the windshield. Because it's old. I don't have to wear my seatbelt in it either.
