the engine size is also a key factor in this situation, i know sean is running a 4.9 but i have no idea what wtdeerhunter is

im hoping with my 5.8 and 3.55s i can do ok with 35 until i can afford to go to 4.10s

my truck has the 300 in it and stock gearing and im rolling 35x12.50s no problem. actually power brakes amazingly. and can do 120, very long wait but its gets there, its a single cab short bed. so the shorter drive shaft can help some too.

Stock gearing is a pretty vague statement. There are many many stock gears. What ratio do you have?
