Hello im having a problem with my power window on my passengers side of my 1991 ford f150...and i messed with it and the motor is fine but it wont roll up...i was wondering if it has a ground some where that grounds the motor cause i cant get any if i cross the 2 wires together but when i ground the both wires out on the door one at a time it will show power to my test light

The window motors are reverse polarity. One direction one of the wires is power and the other is ground, the other direction the power and ground are reversed in the same wires.

The switches reverse the polarity. For the passenger side both switches need to be plugged in and working or the circuit isn't complete.

Does the driver's side work?

Why not swap the two switches on the driver's side door and see if the passenger window works (or if the driver's window doesn't work). If it does, it's the driver's side switch. If not, it's the passenger side switch.

Or... since you're gonna have to replace one anyway, put a new one on the passenger side, and if that doesn't fix it, move it to the driver's side.

With the switch not pressed, there should be continuity through it for both wires.

Both the driver and passenger switch has to work for the passenger window to work. If the drivers side switch isn't there/broken the passenger window won't work with the passenger switch. If the passenger switch isn't there/broken the passenger window won't work with the drivers switch. If you tested the motor and it works and you checked the switches then there's a problem with the wiring.
