Default Painting Wheels

I have stock wheels on my 89 f150. What would be the best way to sand them down and what would be the best paint to paint them with?

I think the best and easy way to sand them be sand blast . that way u can get every single part of the wheel, use some fine sand no to rough.that way u end up with a smooth surface. and for paint u can use some high temp. paint , it last longer than regular paint.

u can sand them but it take u longer and not sure if u can sand every part of wheel. if u can find a place so they can blast it for u . that be the way to go. if not sure u can sand them by hand and try to get as much as u can .

So I should use a duplicolor wheel paint or a high temp paint?
