Default OEM Blocks

Can I take out my oem blocks and still use the same u bolts? Im going for the prerunner look so im taking the blocks out in the back to level it and then putting a level up front to bull dog it.

I'm a fan of the bull dog look, but not on the extreme side. I'm talking maybe an inch and a half higher in the front MAX

I like 2 inches or so higher but I like the prerunner look. Bulldogging looks stupid on big lifts. And 87 cobra it's my truck I'll do what I want
