Default OBDI Codes

I just retrieved some codes and I don't know what they mean. The Check Engine Light flashed out a 67 twice which means neutral grive switch circuit open then it flashed 1-3-1-3-1 so its either 13 DC motor didn't move or 31 EGR position sensor below minimum voltage. I have been wrestling with the starting system on this truck for a few weeks (89 F 150 4.9 straight 6). Could any of these direct me in a better direction other than tearing things off and replacing them? You guys have been awsome with your info. Thanks.

That 2nd link is where I got the codes. I was just wondering if these trouble codes might be related to an ignition system problem. The EGR position sensor below min voltage kinfd of makes sense but only when it idles warm or I'm on the road. It does stall occassionally when I depress the clutch when its warm. When it cools down it wants to crank but that's when a whole new set of issues arises.

The single flash was a separator pulse, so the code is 31. That would cause some rough running but not starting problems. 67 just means you didn't push in the clutch pedal when you did the test, unless you did then it could be bad.
