Not getting codes

Ok so I replaced the caps and she is still running the fuel pump with key on engine off. It never shuts off unless I turn the key off

You could check out your Fuel Pump Relay Circuit for proper operation, before throwing in the towel for a replacement EECM.

I hooked the computer up to the code reader and it still would not pull the codes tho unless the fuel pump could contribute to that

Pulled the fuel pump relay with koeo and it stops pumping
