Angry No fuel to the engine/electrical issue

Hello everyone, I've got an electrical gremlin somewhere and I'm racking my brain to track it down. The fuel pumps aren't getting power to them, and I've changed the fuel pump selector switch, and the fuel pump relay. The engine is EFI and will start with starter fluid. I've grounded the fuel jumper to force the pumps on, to no avail. When I do this however, I only get power at one of the three wires at the fuel pump inertia switch. From my understanding there should be power at two of those wires or am I mistaken? Anyways, that would be the problem, but how to solve it? Thanks

Fuel pump relay is good, that was the first thing I checked. Opens as it should.

I haven't done that yet, I need to track down where the wires go still.

Patmanian, have you fixed the issue? I'm headed over to my father in law's house to help him diagnose the same issue he's having. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ok his is fixed. He replaced the lens to his instrument cluster and never re-connected the fuel tank selector switch which cause an "open" condition thus not completing the circuit.

Nope, still not fixed, I need to trace the wires and where they're going. I've narrowed it down to somewhere in between the Fuel Pump relay and the inertia switch. I've been working like crazy and haven't had the chance to work on my truck much.
