Default "New" tires

Hello all, I just put some tires on my truck and wanted to put up some pictures. The truck ain't pretty but anything I do to make it look better helps, plus I like it anyway. I put 32's on the rear about 2 weeks ago, found them on the side of the road. Today I bought two 31's from the junkyard for $10 each and put them on the front. I like how it looks.

I also put starter solenoid #8 on, also a junkyard item. The parts store solenoids are crap. I got a genuine Ford part once more and hopefully won't have any more problems with that.

Yeah, I've gone through aproxamently 8,000 of those stupid things. Nothin' like free stuff from a junk yard. They acctully expect you to pay for a used light bulb? Don't think so.

I paid for the junkyard solenoid. It is the good one. Says Motorcraft right on it. The parts store solenoids keep sticking and the starter just runs and runs. It's very annoying running to the front of the truck to whack the solenoid so it stops. I used to turn off the truck to do it and then when I would restart it would just do it again, so I started leaving it running with the starter still running and whacking it then. I did get a junkyard one before (Motorcraft) and it worked great until it melted from a bad starter and my impatience.

I have the same problem with the starter sticking on. I discoverd if I slamed my door hard, it would shake it enough to "un- stick" it. And thus, stopping me from looking like a idiot with a crappy truck.

That's so funny, I felt the same way. People would give me the strangest looks. Some would walk over to help and I would tell them "I got it". Then I would punch the solenoid.
