Could you be a little more clear on what you mean. "Bowing?" "Flexs up and down?" You mean bounces? In that case shocks. Steering wheel play. Needs adjustment or needs front end work.

Thanks for the clarification. OK, like I said, bouncy is bad shocks. Replace them. Bad camber issue. I assume you mean the tires are wearing bad on the inside or outside. This is usually an alignment issue so get the front end aligned. What I meant by front end work is that there could be some worn out parts in the front end. Usually tie rod ends, idler arm or pitman arm. When you have the front end aligned they will (usually) inspect the front end and tell you if anything's wrong. Oh, I'm assuming you have a 2 wheel drive. If so, here's a generalized pic of your front end.

I like that diagram BLS. About the camber issue, when you put a lift on your truck you have to get an alignment done. A lot of times you're also going to need some sort of camber adjustment bushing do-hickey (I don't know the name). Wherever you take the truck for the alignment will let you know. I think they're pretty cheap, and easy to be put on.

It is a nice diagram, but it doesn't look anything like the trucks steering components.
