There is a 1987 f150 for sale for 1500$
The motor is not in the truck because he was fixing it up and ran out of money. He sent me a picture and the motor is in the back of the truck leaning over. Is this a problem with the oil being on one side? Also the transition has like 300 miles on it. But it needs a converter. Are they easy to find?
Also the motor is not the one that came with the truck but it's a 351. Is that a good motor? Please help!!!!!!

there is no problem with it leaning on its side you will have to pull plugs and check to see if oil is in cylinder thats all but the motor being the wrong one out here in cali that will not fly unless its a newer motor then the truck. and the a 351 is good but that all depends on year and who you talk to hope this helps

The problem is you dont know the condition of the moter or trans..what IS said and what is IS are often two diferent things if you know the seller and trust him/her maybe total stranger Iwould pass or buy it as a rolling chasis at a much lower price and then if the engine or trans is toast your not out Bubbabud 2011 XLT SC Ecoboost
