Could be clogged cats. Did you have it diagnosed before just throwing parts at it?

I did have the cats checked. And I had some codes for some of the other issues and had to change and or clean those parts. Other things I changed were things that were suggested by guys on here and by mechanics from around town.

Get yourself an obd1 scanner, or do a search for the 'self-test" procedure on ford obd1 vehicles. Then post the results with each code on this forum.
With EFI, the only way to fix a problem properly is to diagnose it correctly from the computer.

Rear axle ratio has allot to do with low end power with the 5.0 . The 5.0 makes power at higher RPM's without a cam change. Just a thought on your description.

How fresh is the fuel? Was there much left in the truck when it was standing?

They said they were driving it once a week just to keep it running. When I got in it said it was on E in one of the tanks the other tank was empty. Put enough gas in it to get it home and cleaned the tanks and changed fuel pumps, (I may have forgot to mention that I changed those out). Even after all that I still ran 4 tanks of fuel cleaner.

Fuel pressure? Should be 40-45 psi key on engine off. Once you start it should drop a little and steadily increase as you open up the throttle.

Also I see you replaced TPS - did you verify the voltage? And is it a motorcraft part?

What's your rear axle ratio?

No my fuel pressure is actually 35, (took it to a mechanic to do) he said according to all the specs, these trucks are supposed to be at 35 not 40 or 45.

Have not checked the voltage and I believe it is a motorcraft but I'll have to double check.
