Hey..i got a 93 ford f150 xl.. It has a 5.0 302 engine soo i was wonderinh
If anybody knows if iys possible to drop a 351 5.8 in it?? Need answers. Anybodylol

it is possible, I believe you only have to change the wiring harness, you might have to change the motor mounts but I am not sure, some other guys on here should know more about this than I do.

i here a lot of people say you have to change the computer too. i have no idea where that even is.

Im currently in the process of putting a 351w under the hood. I have a thread about it.

Motor mounts are the same. Reuse the wiring harness off the 5.0. Use the same computer that's equipped in your truck.

it should drop right in there. the 302 and 351 are pretty much the same engine except the 351 has a longer stroke.

Better to get the 5.8 computer since your truck isn't MAF.
