go for the accel 15 injectors and the cold air intake kit from summet racing or other

also have had good power from .. electric fan ...advance ignition to 15 counterclockwise .. MSD or other TFI coil upgrade .. 6 msd ignition box.
have owned four f150 trucks all had the 4.9 with all this above i am guessing 60 HP and 100 torque or more
