in your t-case you have two shift forks...the one for low range may be messed up, i had similar problems and what it was is a plastic sleeve that goes over the shift fork had worn out and it wouldn't shift into lowrange...and i wound up having to rebuild the tcase

 

This is proof of why you shoul use the search button i always just thought my low range didnt work because i didnt know it had to be in neutral. It works! Thanks guys
