Unhappy a little doubtful with this package...

i ordered a 6 inch lift that is for 87-96 ford f-150 extended cabs only. my truck is a 95 ford f-150 extended cab, that has a 351 windsor 5.8L 4x4. its bone stock, no mods. but i looked at my parts i ordered... did i get all i needed? it came with 2 coils, 4 shocks and shock boots (covers), brkt kit, blocks, and a pitman arm. am i missing anything? if i am, whats the cost of those parts?

That sounds like it except for the extended brake hoses. I did a lift on an S10 and just relocated where the steel line ended on the frame. I lifted it 8 inches so I lowered the line 8 inches, so I could still buy factory parts. This might not work if the lift kit allows for more suspension travel.

It sounds like you got all the parts to me. Like Sean said, you will need to get the brake line extenders to accomodate the extra height.
