Post lighting laws?

any on here live near the edmonton area? I want to buy smoked headlights for my truck but dont want to be ticketed for it, can anyone shed some light on this subject?

Google Alberta DOT laws and check for any bi laws in Edmonton

You get away with lots in Alberta. I had smoked on my truck in bc and never had a problem

Its illegal but everyone does it. I see allot of those E-bay smoked/HID headlights going around. Lol seems pretty redundant don't you think?

I live in Yellowknife and up here as long as it's not too dark the cops won't care, though I've heard Alberta has stricter laws

And the reason people do smoked & HID's is so it has that smoked look when the lights aren't on, and they are still pretty bright while on

Edit.. Here is what my dads outing on his. We're in Ontario and they are fine
