I just got done putting 1.5" leveling coils in the front of mine. It's a 2wd. I decided to lift the front instead of lower the back. It's still a little bit lower in the front but much better than before.

Yours doesn't look much different than mine, which in this picture is lowered in the back by more conventional means :

Would they level out a 4wd?

i did the 1.5" front leveling springs, ofcourse it didnt level it. i remember reading yoiu need 1.5" springs plus 2" or 1.5" spacers to level it. anyway ive looked at the back of mine and thought about lowering the rear a bit, 1". i was hoping to find some lowering shackles. but havent found anything yet.

Put a 2.5inch spacer under my front springs, got 3 inches of lift. Perfectly level! And mocking up the rear drop is easy, just load the bed until it's at the desired level, and measure

With the 1.5" leveling springs in mine it still sits a little bit lower in the front. I think i got about 2" of lift with the springs ( i never did measure) but my stock coils were sagged a little bit.

Also, with the taller springs, i do have a slight amount of positive camber that i am going to correct with some camber bushings once i figure out which ones i need.
