F250 leafs are not wider, our trucks came with either 2.5 wide or 3 wide depending on year and application. For instance i have 3 in wide and have f250 leafs out back, the stock ones lift about 2-2.5 so if you got 3 in f250 lift leafs thats 3 on top of the 2-2.5 already so a total of around 5. You will need longer u bolts unless you ditch the bump stop then you could lose about 2 in and end up with just a 3 in lift.

You have just regular F250 springs or lift F250 springs, if you have just regular leafs i would ditch the bump stop and just use stock u bolts, unless you plan on getting the 2.5 lift front coils as well, if you just install the rear leafs with the blocks in your rear end will be way higher then your front.

If my message was a little confusing installing them on your f150 will give you around 5 in of total lift.

I'll probably get like a 5" or 6" lift spring for a 250
