KOEO tested ok.

Cont. Mem. returned 33 (EGR Valve not closing properly)
In continuous Memory mean the condition has been occurring for some time.

///////////

KOER 33. Condition is currently occurring also.

Check for proper function of EGR. In this case we're almost always talking the mechanical ability of the valve to reach the completely "closed" position. Many times a result of carbon deposits built up on theValve seat surfaces.

Personally I'd remove/ inspect & clean EGR Valve.

If you do, break loose the large flange nut before unbolting the valve itself.

Also check manifold portways where it mounts for possible carbon blockage.

Blow into the Vac hose connector of EGR to make sure the internal diaphragm holds air & does not leak.

Carb cleaner, holding the ports downward to drain while manually opening and letting the valve close against the seat.

Remember to make sure the internal Vac diaphragm holds pressure & doesn't leak.

As long as your waiting, why not clean it, slap it back together & re-test?

This time , disconnect the battery for a minimum of 5 minutes, to clear the KAM (Kept adaptive memory). This should remove 33 as a continuous memory code.

ok so i cleaned it all up and couldn't figure out why i had no air coming through my vac line so someone had blocked the line with the old tip from a calk tube. that being said i took that out cleaned the line put everything together, cleared the codes and ran all the test again KOEO came back with 11,10,11 and KOER came back cyl 8 , 10, 11

WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOO
thanks for all the help
