I need help! My lower intake will not come out!!! All bolts and everything is removed. When I pry in it it wiggles quite a bit but thats it!

 

Post a pic of what it looks like and that might help someone figure it out for you. Why were you removing the intake?

 

Intake seals. Dumping and burning coolant

 

Just a guess, but is it hanging up on the vavle covers?

 

Thats what I thought at first...but its not!

 

Did you ever get that intake off?

Once you get all the intake and exhaust manifold bolts there are a couple of plastic guide pins but I would venture to guess on the gasket. Double check that all the intake and exhaust bolts are removed. Keep working it, should come right off.

Does that truck have the EGR pipe that runs into the back of the manifold? Can't remember, been a while since I that year f150.
