Default I Need Your Help Please!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I just posted this in the General F150 Discussion.

https://www.f150forum.com/f2/i-need-...2/#post3332567

Could you guys take a read and give me your feedback on selling me 2012 FX4 and buying a 1995 XLT.

Thanks

Me being fond of my 95 I would see how much I could get for the 12. If I could get enough to pay off the loan and buy the 95, and still have enough to put down on the farm then I would do it.

They dont make more land, they always make more trucks, after you settled in on the farm and are caught up money wise then you can always buy another 12 truck

That is my thought exactly. There is a lot of time left to buy another nice truck.

There will probably be people on here that say keep the 12 and go that route, but basically there will be more trucks out there afterwards, but not more of your grandparents land...

this is one of those do I need to grow up questions.

keep my shiny newer truck that will only get older and worth less over time??
or
sale it and buy land, that will only become more valuable over time??

me personally I would sale the truck, buy the 95, NOT DO ANYTHING to it except regular maintenance and upkeep. and put all of my money into buying the land.

I would say it is a no brainer, but to some people they would rather look all flashy driving around town, and have no problem living in some run down shack of a house.

Not to mention a run down shack house that they dont have a place inside to park that truck.
