the ICM would definitely be worth checking - have you checked timing? fuel pressure?

intake gasket is good and its not bad fuel because i put new 93 in it and did nothing

Speed density means he has a MAP sensor.

Usually on the firewall, with a vacuum hose running to it.

Default New discovery

just listened to my in line fuel pump and it is wining when i turn the key allot more than normal. would explain all of the symtoms so how can i check fuel pressure?
