Default I need help ASAP

Hey guys I need some help as soon as I can. I need to change the fuel filter on my 93 f150. It's a v8 with efi. I can't seem to get the old one off. I have no idea what I'm doing. Please help

you'll need a fuel line disconnect tool to get the fuel lines off....

My 89 has two clips you just pull then just pull the lines off the filter. Simple.

my 96 had the clips and the little metal clips on the inside of each line....

Thanks guys for the help. I had to go buy a little plastic piece that goes in the line you push forward then pull and it comes off. Thanks for the help

the tool is shaped like a C and goes inside of the end of the fuel line.... it expands the fitting inside the line so it'll come off of the filter

Again so glad i have an 89 which didnt require a special tool. Two simple clips

ive been able to disconnect the lines without the special tool. tiny screwdriver and needlenose pliers

Yeah, the older ones are easier with the duck bill clips, they just pry out and then pull the line apart. The newer ones seem like a more secure connection but are sometimes a pain to remove with that special tool. I've used a piece of aluminum can wrapped around the line instead of the tool before.
