Default I beam pivot bushing

I have a 93 F15 5.0 2wd the pivot bushing on the right side is worn out and needs to be replaced i think I can do it myself but do I need to take the front end apart to do it or can I just undo the bolt at the cross member and replace the bushing HELP

If your talking about the tie rod bushing, it's sold w/ the tierod complete. Have your manual for your truck? Mine covers that procedure fairly well.

it's where the I beam bolts to the cross member the bushing on that end of the I beam

I'm thinking he means on the end of the I-beam where it connects to the frame, where it bolts to the brackets. Inside of the I-beam. As far as changing it, I have no idea, seems like it would be relatively easy.

Yeah, the I-Beam PIVOT bushing, directly under the engine, where the left and right I-Beams intersect, under the truck, not near the wheel.

Probably looks like this:



I haven't done mine yet but, it looks as though you can get em' with out taking anything else off. I'll hopefully be doing mine in the next week. I'll try to post a pic.

yep thats the one, sorry i would take a picture but my camera got knocked into the lake last week by some punk kid I guess I will give it a try the manual says to take everything apart but I was hopeing that some had done this before thanks for the info.
