Edit- oops you have the 4.9. Not sure how much of the cab wiring you need.

You don't have to switch to OBDII to get MAF on a V8.

I have read that piece before. Has anyone on here actually done the mod? I would be curious to know how it worked out. He goes into alot of detail about mounting. But basically your removing the schrader and putting a 60-100lb guage. Removing the regulator and installing an adjustable one and installing the higher flow injectors. It would seem doing this plus the timing bump would be the best way to extract more efficiency out of the engine, but I would be curious to see someone that actually did and could report the results. I guess you always go back since your basically piggy backing everything on and not destroying and stock equipment.
