I took it to shop, they cant really get in to it till mon maybe.

Would for getting to put the spout back it in stop it from cranking? What is and where is the tfi located

No. It only removes ECU timing control. I would just default to whatever your Base timing was.



Your TFI it just below & to the left of the Spout Plug in this pic. It's connected to/at the Distributor. The large gray connector in the pic is connected to the TFI.

In later year's, the TFI was remotely mounted at the driver's side fender well, close to the firewall, but I believe your's mount's at the distributor.

That was replaced at the same time as the dis cap, rotor and coil

$50 at a boneyard w/ 30 day return. $125-150 w/ core return in auto pat's store's for "reconditioned", I believe, last time I checked.

Autozone $90-$150 i have to call them there is about 20 listed for my truck. They all say call store
