Default still got problems

ok friday i posted that i pecked on the egr valve and it started runnin fine well it ran fine fri. nite and sat. got up today went down the road and the same ole s#it came home took the egr off and the plunger moved freely so i cleaned it with carb cleaner and put back on nothing go down the road and it runs fine for a min the it starts jumping and tries to stall and the idles 3000 rpms im bout to the end of my ropes with it any suggestions please

have tried with the volt meter hooked up the pictures show and as soon as i hook the volt meter up it swing the needle and stays the should this plug have fire with the key off or all the plugs(in the house looking connecter and the pigtail) have fire to them the reason im thinking it might be the comp. and also its not consitent

sorry just realized something in touching the ground on the volt meter to the wires but it swings the needle anyways should it?

ok so i finally got the code i think but where can i find out what they mean i dont have any kinda books also all the codes we 2 digits id this right for a 1987 model

code 23 tps out of range or throttle set to high
34 egr did not respond properly during test
does this sound right

23= Yes, TPS out of range or throttle set to high (you or someone adjusted the throttle stop set screw to increase Idle rpm)

34= That's a tough one. a couple of possibilities. Unfortunately I gotta go. I'll try to give you some more time later.

checked it again and it also gave me 22 and 53
which is
22 map or baro signal out of range
53 tps sensor too high
have adjusted idle screw all the way out
