just route your pipe upwards right as it comes off the header so that is the lowest part, but your whole piping is higher.

the problem is running the pipe to the passenger side, because i have the t-case in my way, so i need to go across the transmission somewhere

Only way to 'fix' it is you heat up all the pipe with oxy/acetaline and gently bend them up a bit, and like everyone already said, WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HEADERS! They never quite fit right. Long tubes are a compromise, just like most performance parts. Maybe it's time for a suspension lift? Then the lowest hanging parts will be the front and rear diffs!

the headers fit fine, im talking about crosing the exhaust piping over to the passenger side without that hanging real low

long tubes 'em 'em 'em taking them off and getting a set of shortys, no good way to run the exhaust, and since i ran the truck open headers for a while getting it to two different exhaust shops, the paint pealed so i cant even send them back, anyone wanna buy them, $200 they'll work fine for a 2wd, but not so much for a 4wd
