Default Having some trouble please help!

I have a 94 f150 and it recently started shaking real bad. It started while I was driving and didn't stop and now every time I start it it shakes real bad. I was told the torque converter may have gone out. So I had a spare tranny and I swapped them out and I'm still have the same problem. Now it doesn't seem to be as bad now but it's still pretty bad. Any help anyone could offer would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Define shake. Could be front end components. Wheels need balancing etc

I'm taking it that it shakes sitting still with the engine running?
Check the harmonic balancer to see if somthing on it has come loose.

Similar incident here - found a piece of carbon crud wedged in the plug gap, effectively shorting it out. Engine was shaking hard enough, concerned that it wasn't going to stay put in the engine bay...

Good luck and keep us posted on the findings.
