reading your posts sounds like u have yr hands full.

I read that u said your pressure line is at the back of the rail if this it true your lines are reversed the reg controlles fuel coming in the backside or the rail is return
try putting your pressure line at the reg fead and return a the rear of the rail

good luck..

'90-'96 don't use the dual function reservoir, so you should remove it. They use a junction block that tees both tanks in to the engine. They also have a check valve near the fuel pump in each tank that stops fuel from being pumped into the wrong tank. You don't have those check valves and you can't use the dual function reservoir.

Well I yanked the return off and sure enough I had my 38 psi back at my rail. Took the dual function valve off and tore it down, seems it got suck half way between, thats why I was getting over 100 on the front and 80 on the back, it was letting a little bit go to the back tank. And I screwed up and blew air through it and tore the diaphram on top. It is the original valve, so I'm going to take a chance and get a new one from ford, parts stores cant get them anymore. Luckily I still get my employee discout at the stealership I used to work at so instead of setting me back 160 bones I got'er for 80....not to shabby. So we'll see what happens with the new one, if I run into the same prob then I'll have to figure something else out. I appreciate all the insight guys!
