Talking

Well Right now I'm either going to clean it or get a delete kit but still not to keen on the delete part I will most likely clean it out and check if the sensor is dead. I got to admit almost a year running with a crap ecc and thats all that poped up on the tests I am very happy

I also found out the ticking was my battery arching on its self It was a diehard gold got one for free yesterday no ticking it starts! and runs great Might need a new tire soon

Batteries and or low voltage can cause all types of problems.

I would check the vacuum going into the EGR solenoid to fix your EGR light. I used a an unused vacuum nipple from the intake manifold near the brake booster line. Ran some new hose from it to the solenoid and then from there to the EGR and NO CODE!!!

thanks I will keep that in mind but I replaced the original egr tube with some exhaust tubing and i think that is the culprit although it needs to warm up before the light comes on.
