One of my buddies said he is driving a supercharged f150 and he say its factory and it has supercharged stickers down the side I was just wondering if this is really something ford makes for our generation of trucks

 

Possibly could be a lightning. I know the 97 and up gen Lightings sometimes came supercharged.

 

I seen one on trucks its was ford vs chevy ss truck
It was a supercharged 5.0 I think its been several years

 

The 99-03 ford lightnings were powered by a supercharged 5.4 v8 from the factory.

 

They make supercharger kits for the 5.8 and 5.0. As for stock, I doubt it.

 

Not in our gen, not even the Lightning.

 

It could have gone thru a Roush makeover before it left the dealership.

 

Then it isn't stock anymore.

 

not aware of any factory supercharged trucks of our Gen... the Lightening someone mentioned was aftermarket Turbo'd by Horsepower TV...

they DID make factory Turbo trucks and on the 300-6 but they are very rare now....

 

If its our Gen then doubt its factory supercharged.. Besides the lightnings, the Harley Davidson's were also supercharged from factory.


If it our Gen F150 then some could have put blower on it and put factory superchared emblems or decals on it.
