I dream of a place where I can get that magic sticker. my vehicles all have to get tested every other year until they run into the ground.

I need to get something older. everything pre 75 is exempt.

Here in South Western BC is the only place in the province with emissions testing. I can register my 07 F250 as a commercial vehicle and it will be exempt from testing. But seeing as it is an 07 model it is currently exempt for another 3 years. I'll see what conspires when that time comes whether I'll change it or not. Or I can register it back in my hometown in North Western BC and be exempt.

I think the GTA is maybe the only other place in Canada with emissions testing, I could be wrong. Lol!

Back when i was in southern Ontario you had to get an emissions every time you renew your sticker, not the case up here in the north

Tho every time Ive been to an emissions testing place, i always got the tech who couldn't drive manual. Hilarious but made my stomach churn every time he stalled the truck

Same Indiana did away with that long ago... as the people here are so poor they would be able to drive if they had to pay for that...so the state would lose all that delicious revenue for tagging vehicles every year LOL

Not that emissions is a bad thing, sure some vehicles do not belong on the road, but allot of cars today are acting like air cleaners than pollutants since whats coming out of the tail pipe is usually cleaner than the outside air.
