Default Egr codes

Just moved to Arizona last week and I need some help with ole Betsy she keeps throwing codes for some weird stuff its giving the following codes on my 94 f150 4.9l.

Code 412
311
213 spout open
332 insufficient egr flow
538

I've replaced all vacuum lines and still the same codes. And the egr valve still won't open but when I put a basketball pump to it it opens...

I'm out of ideas other than I got a bad egr solenoid....

it sounds like the egr solenoid. i had similar issues on my 1993 5.0. with as relatively inexpensive and easy to get to as it is, i'd just go ahead and put a new one on. it made a huge difference on mine.

as far as the other codes, i'm really not sure what they mean.

Oook, so I'm still having issues, I went to the scrap yard just to humor myself and got another egr solenoid/tab/tad and I'm getting a fault error code now on the TAB.
Which I didnt get that code before. So what I did was I took the vacuum hose off the vacuum pod and there was no air coming out even at high RPM 2000 RPMS. So what I'm going to do now is replace the vacuum pod assembly and I'm thinking that should do it here's the codes in getting now.

is your spout connector in? if not it may make your truck idle a little off. i would buy a solenoid from a parts shop. im not sure what the tad/tab is or what it looks like, so im not gonna be much help with that.

It's the thematic air bypass or thematic air diverter, it's the vacuum solenoids. I think the vacuum pods that actually make the egr valve open and close may have gotten stuck closed.... I believe they are valves inside. The vacuum pod is the thing that hooks up to the smog pump. And what does the spout connector look like?

OK! so I replaced the the vacuum pods, and im still gettin the same codes but I was on youtube, and saw a video where the guy was pulling soft codes (codes that really arent important that dont make the light come on) and also read on another forum that the problem with the SPOUT code was in his distributor but could also be in the silver thingy that the spout connector connects into thats on the firewall. (had a damn brain fart and cant remember what its called)
