does efi mean it is fuel injected. the junk 302 i have has efi on intake bit it has a carb. im not understanding this. thanks

x2 throttle body and i would clean that up a bit before putting it on your rig

Sorry man if I had known you were about to post I would have let you.

I would soak that whole system for about 3 days in a parts washer bin of cleaner. It is pretty grimy man and definitely needs a good cleaning.

im not gonna use it. just came off the parts truck and that is the intake i needed help getting that torx bolt out the other day thanks to you guys. i thought the trottle body was the small peice on the top of the intake that had the throttle cable on. so it is fule injected then. ok im starting to understand. thankyou

Nope the piece with the two big holes is the throttle body. That was the throttle cable connector. Yes it is definitely fuel injected.

Better chance to sell it if you clean it up some first. Just saying man, not that you HAVE to do it, just making a suggestion. If you decide to clean it do NOT use a brush inside the intake or the throttle body at all. Let the cleaner do all the work.
