When you've gone and replaced the various sensors/senders, have you reset the KAM? if not then disconnect the pos battery cable and press the brake pedal for a minimum of 10 seconds....Also, have you checked the various grounds on your truck? Including the EEC ground? Even if they're tight, at this point it would be a good idea to pull the ground off, clean up the surface and then reattach.

Thank you flareside thunder, didn’t know about resetting the KAM like that,
I will give it a try tomorrow, along with cleaning the ground wire.
I never got anther pcm today; I went to the wrecker and they told me my truck
had to have all the same options; transmission type, and things like A/C, 4X4 ect.
Didn’t know that mattered so much on a truck as old as mine….
There is one truck at the wrecker like mine but its not 4X4, does anyone think that would matter in my case? That’s just by plan B if I cant get this pcm going.

As long as the engine and tranny are the same the rest doesn't matter. Technically you're supposed to match the number on the computer with the same number.

Pretty sure I got my truck working right.
I gave it the last few days to make sure the problem is solved.
Ive done a lot to the truck trying to fix it, im just going to list what I think made noticeable results to the problem.

Changed the tfi with another used one.
For the pcm I unhooked the battery then removed the big plug that goes into the pcm,
I got contact cleaner and sprayed both the plug to the pcm and the contacts on the pcm its self. I let it all dry for a half hour just to be sure. After that I reconnected the pcm and
cleaned the ground wire contact for the pcm.

reconnected the battery and all is good I don’t get the strange behavior from the fuel pump or relay, the truck does not stall out, no rough running or black smoke on start up.
also with the different tfi module my timing marks don’t jump around like they did before.

This problem with my truck was a real b#$%*! Thank you everyone that gave me advice and ideas, its not something I take for granted.

Glad it worked out. Electrical gremlins are a bitch.
