Couple inches off the bump stops, maybe a five mile trip.

Demo on a basement, wood flooring and drywall. Made side boards from some of demo material and plywood that was also going to the dump. Had a little more to load but ran out of room.

2" lowering shackles and air shocks, the lowering brings the bumps closer for these heavy loads. Tore out concrete patio and set it right on the bumps. Love this tuff little half ton!

Sean if you do this to your truck on a regular basis it's no wonder why you have fixed or replaced almost everything on it!

If I did this more often truck would dang sure break a hip at some point.

Yep! I wish I would have taken a pic of my truck with a load of rock spilling out of it, bump stops completely smashed. I can't believe the leaf springs didn't snap. These old rigs handle quite a bit of abuse.

Thats why I installed helper springs, little to no squat with a load anymore.
