Default Does this performance chip actually work?

I am wondering if anyone has done this and if it would be compatible with my 302 5speed. And of course if it actually works. Thanks here's the link.

that is an awesome looking paper weight.
if you buy that i've got the most beautiful ocean front property, for sale, its a wonderful walk to the beach from kansas, you'll love hearing the water hit the shore line. and the sunsets are to die for.

There getting you with the picture, if you read the discription its just like all the other ones sold on ebay, its a cleverly discised black box that has a 1K resistor that you can buy at radio shack for .25 cents that goes in line between you IAC sensor and pulls down the voltage so it tricks your computer into thinking its colder or hotter i dont remember which ever it is its sapose to lean out the fuel. all in all waste of money
