Talking Daytime running lights

I have a 94 inline 6 nice shape my daytime running lights aren't working, the previous owner said they were unplugged, the manual i have doesn't have that particular wiring diagram.
i need to brush up on my electrical obviously.

The daytime running lamps were an option. I don't know where the plug is for them, but would assume under the dash. Those without DRL have a jumper in the plug instead of being plugged into a control box. The wire colors to the plug are grey/white, green/black, red/black, green/red, black/orange, purple/white, and purple/orange.

i guess here in Canada i need the daytime running lights to work in order to get the truck certified.
