Default D@$% thing keeps dying

My '95 F150XL 5.8L 351W keeps dying. When ever its warm outside the truck will die almost like its sputtering but the whole truck shuts down, electrical, engine, everything dies. After a few seconds of feathering the throttle its comes back on. This happens several time in a row then for a mile or so its fine befor its starts acting up. Its getting plenty of fuel air and spark. This happened befor and after I rebuilt the motor. What am i missing?

Have you checked the IAC valve to see if it's sticking? Might also check for codes to see if there are any clues.

Are you sure you're getting plenty of fuel? Did you do a fuel pressure check? Static and running?

What Is an IAC valve? The only codes that pop are emissions. I ripped out all the egr and emissions. I was first told that my problem is the computer is over heating so it shuts itself off.

haven't had time to try to crank it with the starter. after a few seconds it kicks back on. this only happens when the engine is under load.
