A couple questions.
I just got a '95 F-150 XL on Saturday and had a few questions. Standard Cab, long box, 2WD 5 speed manual tranny.
How big are the tanks (Would like a rough estimate on how much it'll cost to fill either or both of them.)
Are there any free or cheap mods I can do? Anything that will make it that much better

there's one thing you can do is flip your air box over and cut the bottom out and have an instant better airflow and for a few extra bucks make a box and have a custom cold air intake another is just drop in a K&N air filter do a tune up other then that its going to run some cash for mods.

The tanks should be 19 for the front, and 18 or 16 for the rear. 19 seems to be the standard for 94-96.
You can up the throttle response with a new filter, I put in a spectre filter for 20 bucks. K&N without the big brand name. Personally I'd check the distributor cap, wires and plugs to see if they need replacement as well. I like to start off with a fuel system cleaner for any vehicle I buy, just in case. Other than those, things are more costly to fix.

Some trucks had 16 in the front also. Not many though usually 19 for the front and 18.2 in the back. I call it 19/19 close enough and with today's gas prices the difference between 18.2 and 19 is really minimal. Seafoam the motor great write up by Collector in the how to section.

I've been meaning to run a can of Seafoam through her, but just waiting for payday to come around. She's a bit on the quiet side, but hauls @$$ when I need her to.
Any cheap mods? I'm thinking cheap could mean under $100?
