Default Coolant leaking

Alright well I'm new here so Hi all. I just bought a 95 F150 about 4 months ago and have had a few issues. This one I just don't understand. Maybe i'm just missing something
In the picture circled in red is where it is leaking from but only if my fan is on high and either on vent or defrost. Otherwise its steadily pouring out coolant. Is there a hose that magically is leaking from here? drain plug?
Any help is appreciated

Welcome to the forum! So first question, are you sure its coolant? Thats where your A/C evaporator is and it will sweat water, Second question, is the leak coming from the firewall? If so and it actually is coolant, that is also the region where your heater core is and may be leaking but not sure how. Is there water/ coolant on the floor in your truck? look under the dash and see if its wet there too.

I tasted it. Definitely coolant. Its not leaking from the wall itself but just kinda pouring out of that hole. no coolant or anything inside on the floor

Then it very well could be coming from your heater core tubes, one way to check would be to remove the glove compartment and remove the top of the heater core cover and check the back of the hoses, cause that is an odd leak.

I thought an odd leak as well. Ill check that when I get a chance. It seems that otherwise it won't leak so it should be temporarily fine.
Oh and forgot to add. it could be a problem with heater core because even when its running at normal temp the vents don't put out even warm air. That and also now the temp has the tendency to fluctuate and it didn't do that before. Thermostat is fine, just replaced.

I would have that checked out soon, its not good for an engine to be running on low coolant pressure otherwise you may start creating air locks in the system if it starts to suck air in it.

hmm ok. Could all that also be maybe cause it has low coolant level due to it leaking all the time?

Yes, id check the coolant level, when the truck is cooled down, open the rad cap and top it off with some 50/50 mixture and should reach up to the rad neck. You don't want to be leaking coolant for very long depending on how much has leaked already.
